After 7 days, we are unable to offer any refund, as services will have been partially or fully delivered by that time.

For any physical or digital products sold through our platform:

• Digital products (such as downloadable software, themes, templates, etc.) are non-returnable once delivered or downloaded.

• Physical products (if any) must be returned unused, in original packaging, and shipped back within 7 days of delivery to qualify for a refund.
